摘要
本文采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法对土壤中的铅进行测定。对元素的测定过程与测定结果进行阐述,最后进行汇总讨论与分析。结果表明,铅的检出限、精密度、准确度以及回收率均符合相关要求,满足《土壤质量铅、镉的测定石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法》(GB/T 17141-1997)[1]的标准。
This paper uses graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry to determine the elements of lead in the soil.The measurement process and measurement results of lead is respectively elaborated,and finally a summary discussion and analysis are carried out.The results show that the detection limit,precision,accuracy and recovery rate of the lead meet the relevant requirements,and meet the requirements of“Soil quality—Determination of lead,cadmium—Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry”(GB/T 17141-1997).
