标准曲线的建立对原子荧光法测定水中汞准确度的影响

摘要 通过建立两条不同标准模块下的标准曲线对原子荧光法测定水中汞的准确性进行研究,得出不同的两种标准曲线截距的正负值。采用仪器自动稀释模块的标准曲线具有操作简便、标准溶液校准点少、线性回归较好的优点。在对地表水、地下水及生活污水进行监测时,合理地扣除实验空白值的影响,保证了测定结果的精密度及准确度。 By establishing two standard curves under different standard modules,the accuracy of mercury in water was studied by atomic fluorescence method,and it was found that the positive and negative values of the intercepts of the two standard curves are different.The standard curve using an instrument automatic dilution module has the advantages of simple operation,fewer calibration points for standard solutions,and good linear regression.When monitoring surface water,groundwater,and domestic sewage,reasonable deduction of the influence of experimental blank values ensures the precision and accuracy of the measurement results.
