摘要
数字经济作为一种新的战略性经济发展范式,对城市商业经济韧性具有创新驱动作用。本文基于2015—2021年196个地级市的面板数据,实证研究数字经济对城市商业经济韧性的影响及城市创新能力在其中的调节效应。研究发现:(1)数字经济对城市商业经济韧性具有显著的促进作用,并且从城市级别层面来看,省会城市中数字经济对城市商业经济韧性的促进作用更为明显;(2)城市创新能力中科技创新资源、环境和成果能够缓解数字经济对城市商业经济韧性的不利效应。因此,必须深刻把握数字经济对城市商业经济韧性的促进作用,重视创新能力的调节效应,从而提升城市商业经济韧性,实现城市经济高质量发展。
As a new strategic economic development paradigm,digital economy plays an innovation-driven role in improving the resilience of urban commercial economy.This paper selects the panel data of 196 prefecture-level cities from 2015 to 2021,theoretically explores its mechanism and empirically analyzes the relationship between digital economy and the resilience of urban commercial economy,and introduces urban innovation ability as a moderating variable.The results show that:(1)Digital economy has a significant promoting effect on the resilience of urban commercial economy,and from the city level,the provincial capital city has a more obvious promoting effect than other cities;(2)The resources,environment and achievements of scientific and technological innovation in urban innovation capacity can mitigate the adverse effects of the development level of digital economy on the resilience of urban commercial economy.Therefore,we must deeply grasp the role of digital economy in promoting the resilience of urban commercial economy,pay attention to the regulatory effect of innovation ability,so as to enhance the resilience of urban commercial economy and achieve high-quality development of urban economy.
