摘要
由于导致山洪灾害的因素具有动态属性,导致对山洪灾害的预警准确度难以得到保障。为此,文章提出基于雨量水位一体杆的山洪灾害监测预警方法研究。设计了针对性的雨量水位一体杆装置,实现对山洪灾害诱因因素对应参数的精准、全面监测,在山洪灾害预警阶段,根据水量平衡和蓄泄关系曲线,对流域蓄水量和出流流量进行分析计算,确定不同山洪灾害诱因因素下的山洪流量数据。在测试结果中,设计方法对于山洪灾害监测预警结果与实际情况之间的误差始终稳定在0.30 mm以内。
Due to the dynamic nature of factors that lead to flash floods,the accuracy of early warning for flash floods is difficult to guarantee.Therefore,a research on the monitoring and early warning method of mountain flood disasters based on the integrated rod of rainfall and water level are proposed in this article.A targeted rainfall and water level integrated rod device has been designed to achieve accurate and comprehensive monitoring of the corresponding parameters of the triggering factors of mountain flood disasters.In the early warning stage of mountain flood disasters,based on the water balance and storage discharge relationship curve,the water storage and outflow flow of the basin are analyzed and calculated to determine the mountain flood flow data under different triggering factors of mountain flood disasters.In the test results,the error between the monitoring and early warning results of mountain flood disasters using the design method and the actual situation remained stable within 0.30 mm.
