摘要
饲料厂房建设期工程造价动态管理是饲料企业项目成本控制的重要方面,旨在通过严格把控饲料厂房建设各环节成本支出的方式,实现饲料厂房建设项目经济效益最大化的目标。本文基于项目成本控制视角,在探讨饲料厂房建设工程造价动态管理影响因素的基础上,分析工程造价动态管理应用于饲料厂房建设时存在的问题并提出相应对策,以期提升建设期工程造价动态管理的效果。
The dynamic cost management is an important aspect of the project cost control of feed enterprises during the construction period of feed plant,to achieve the goal of maximizing the economic benefits of feed plant construction projects.Based on the perspective of project cost control,this paper discusses the factors influencing the dynamic cost management of feed workshop construction project,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the application of dynamic management of project cost in the construction of feed factory building and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures in order to improve the effect of dynamic management of project cost in the construction of feed factory building.
