摘要
目的探讨舒芬太尼联合布比卡因在高龄剖宫产产妇中的麻醉应用效果。方法选取本院68例高龄剖宫产产妇为研究对象,随机分为两组,各34例。对照组采用布比卡因进行麻醉,试验组采用舒芬太尼联合布比卡因进行麻醉,比较两组的麻醉效果持续时间、疼痛程度、术中牵拉反应及不良反应发生情况。结果,试验组麻醉持续时间长于对照组,试验组视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,术中牵拉反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率为8.82%,低于对照组的17.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒芬太尼联合布比卡因麻醉应用于高龄剖宫产产妇中,能延长麻醉持续时间,降低疼痛程度,减少术中牵拉反应及不良反应,安全可靠,值得进一步探讨及推广。
Objective To explore the anesthesia effect of sufentanil combined with bupivacaine in elderly cesarean section women.Methods 68 elderly cesarean section women in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized with bupivacaine,while the experimental group was anesthetized with sufentanil combined with bupivacaine.The duration of anesthesia,degree of pain,intraoperative traction reactions,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of anesthesia in the experimental group was longer than that in the control group,and the visual simulation score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group.The incidence of intraoperative traction reaction was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 8.82%,lower than the control group's 17.65%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of sufentanil combined with bupivacaine anesthesia in elderly cesarean section women can prolong the duration of anesthesia,reduce pain,reduce intraoperative traction reactions and adverse reactions,and is safe and reliable.It is worth further exploration and promotion.
