摘要
目的 分析电刺激联合外阴推拿手法应用于产后阴道口闭合不全康复中的应用效果。方法 选取150例产后阴道口闭合不全患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(常规凯格尔训练干预模式)与试验组(电刺激联合外阴推拿手法干预模式组),每组75例。对比两组临床疗效及盆底肌力。结果 试验组总有效率93.33%显著高于对照组的81.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组Ⅰ类肌和Ⅱ类肌的Ⅳ~Ⅴ级构成比显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 产后阴道口闭合不全康复中应用电刺激联合外阴推拿手法,可提高临床疗效,改善盆底肌力,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the application effect of electric stimulation combined with vulva manipulation in the rehabilitation of postpartum vaginal closure.Methods 150 postpartum patients with vaginal imclosure were selected and divided into control group(conventional Kegel training intervention mode)and experimental group(electric stimulation combined with vulva manipulation intervention mode group)according to random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy and pelvic floor muscle strength of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of 93.33%in experimental group was significantly higher than 81.33%in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of classⅣtoⅤcomposition of classⅠand ClassⅡmuscles in experimental groups was significantly higher than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of electric stimulation combined with vulva massage in the rehabilitation of postpartum vaginal mouth imclosure can improve clinical efficacy and pelvic floor muscle strength,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
