摘要
目的:探究急性缺血性脑卒中的抗血小板聚集药和他汀类药物联合治疗的临床效果。方法:回顾性选择2018年1月至2020年6月于厦门市海沧医院治疗的急性缺血性脑卒中患者80例作为研究对象,根据其采用的不同治疗方法进行分组,将采用常规抗血小板聚集药治疗的患者纳入对照组(40例),将采用抗血小板聚集药联合他汀类药物治疗的患者纳入观察组(40例),观察和比较两组患者治疗前、治疗1个月后血液流变学指标、血脂水平和不良反应发生率。结果:两组患者治疗后全血黏度、血浆黏度、血栓长度均有不同程度下降,且治疗后观察组患者全血黏度、血浆黏度、血栓长度均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和总胆固醇水平均有不同程度下降,且治疗后观察组患者高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和总胆固醇均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:相比单一用药治疗,采用抗血小板聚集药联合他汀类药物治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果较佳,可改善患者血液流变学,降低血脂水平,还具有安全性。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of platelet aggregation inhibitor combined with statins in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 80 patients treated with acute ischemic stroke in the Xiamen Haicang Hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were retrospectively selected as the study objects and grouped according to different treatment methods.The patients treated with conventional platelet aggregation inhibitor were included in the control group(40 cases).The patients who were treated with platelet aggregation inhibitor combined with statins were included in the observation group(40 cases),and the hemorheology indexes,lipid levels and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups before and after 1 month of treatment.Results The whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and thrombus length of the two groups were decreased to varying degrees after treatment,and the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and thrombus length of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and total cholesterol in the two groups were decreased to varying degrees after treatment,and the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and total cholesterol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with single drug therapy,the combination of platelet aggregation inhibitor and statins in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke has better clinical effect,can improve the hemorheology of patients,reduce the level of blood lipids,and has safety.
