摘要
热处理是轧辊产品生产过程中至关重要的环节,合理的热处理工艺对轧辊质量具有重要影响。采用数值模拟的方法,系统研究了热处理炉中轧辊不同摆放位置对炉内流场、温度场以及轧辊表面温度场的影响,为制定轧辊的精准热处理工艺,以及提高轧辊产品质量奠定基础。
Heat treatment is a crucial link in the production process of roller products,and a reasonable heat treatment process has an important impact on roller quality.In this paper,a numerical simulation method is used to systematically study the effects of different roll placement positions in a heat treatment furnace on the flow field,temperature field,and roll surface temperature field in the furnace,laying the foundation for formulating accurate heat treatment processes for rolls and improving the quality of roll products.
