摘要 受大宗原料价格持续上涨影响,钢铁企业生产成本高企,利润空间不断压缩,开发高性价比矿种代替高价烧结原料,寻求更经济的物料结构成为推动企业降本增效的途径。老挝粉作为一种低品位、低硅、高烧损的赤铁矿种,粒度大于常见矿种,配用后有利于提高混合料透气性,但因其液相流动性差,导致烧结过程垂直烧结速度过快,对烧结过程的成品率和成品矿冷热态强度有不利影响。老挝粉用于烧结可提高配矿经济性,建议配用时搭配粒度较细、液相流动性能较好的矿粉使用。 Affected by the continuous increase in the price of bulk raw materials,iron and steel enterprises have high production costs,and their profit margins have been continuously compressed.Developing cost-effective minerals to replace high-priced sintering raw materials and seeking a more economical material structure have become a way to promote enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency.As a kind of hematite with low grade,low silicon and high burning loss,Laos’ore powder has a larger particle size than common ore,which is beneficial to improve the permeability of the mixture after mixing.However,due to the poor liquid-phase fluidity of Laos’ore powder,the vertical sintering speed in the sintering process is too fast,which adversely affects the yield of the sintering and the strength of the finished ore in the hot and cold states.The use of Laos’ore powder in sintering can improve the economy of ore blending.It is recommended to use it with ore powder with fine particle size and good liquid-phase flow performance.
