摘要
快速城市化进程使未成年人暴露在各类社会问题与风险之中,如何通过构建社会支持体系、形成未成年人保护合力,以践行儿童友好城市理念促进城市内涵式高质量发展成为学界的关键议题。文章基于佛山市联创社会工作服务中心在未成年人保护体系建设中的丰富经验,总结其从强调社工机构服务专业性,转向以专业性为基础,有效调动商业、产业的参与,推动城市公共政策的创新发展,形成社会合作的新模式。进而思考社会工作机构在专业性以外,如何在本土性和合作性方面成为突破社会分化的催化剂,并在推动全社会践行儿童友好理念中促进城市内涵式高质量发展。
Minors have been exposed to various social problems and risks in the process of rapid urbanization.It has become a key academic issue as to how to develop a social support system and form a joint force for minors'protection in order to involve child-friendly concepts in bringing out the full potential of high-quality urban development.Based on its valuable experience in building the system of minors'protection,Foshan's Co-innovation Social Service Center has shifted its priority from being just a professional social service agency to forming a new model of social cooperation by effectively mobilizing the participation of business and industry based on professionalism,therefore stimulating innovation in urban public policies.In addition to being more professional in terms of social services,the paper focuses on what else can be done to help ease social differentiation from the local and cooperative perspectives,and bring out the full potential of high-quality urban development with child friendly concepts and contributive efforts from the whole society.
