摘要
目的:探讨益肺温阳贴对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的临床疗效、炎性因子的影响。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年6月郑州市中医院肺病科收治的AECOPD患者,随机分为对照组、试验组各50例,对照组接受单纯西医治疗,试验组在接受西医治疗的基础上联合中药穴位贴敷治疗。记录并比较2组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后炎性因子水平及不良反应。结果:试验组患者治疗总有效率(96.0%,48/50)与对照组(72.0%,36/50)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α及白细胞介素-6水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肺温阳贴联合西药治疗,可有效减轻炎症反应、提高临床疗效。
Objective:To explore the effect of Yifei Wenyang plaster on clinical efficacy and inflammatory factors of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)Methods:AE⁃COPD patients admitted to the Pulmonary Disease Department of Zhengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group with 50 cases each.The control group received simple western medicine treatment,while the experimen⁃tal group received western medicine treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint applica⁃tion.Record the clinical efficacy rates,levels of inflammatory factors,and adverse reactions of two groups of patients before and after treatment for comparison.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the exper⁃imental group(96.0%,48/50)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.0%,36/50)(P<0.05),the levels of CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 were significantly lower in the experimental group than those in the con⁃trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yifei Wenyang plaster combined with western medicine can effectively reduce inflammatory reaction and improve clinical efficacy.
