摘要
为解决特种车辆车体制造时超高强度钢板折弯成型存在的回弹、开裂、尺寸精度差以及成型不一致等问题,通过拉伸-压缩试验、缺口拉伸断裂试验等材料性能试验获取了材料力学性能数据,标定了材料本构模型参数,构建了超高强度钢板材料参数数据库和折弯成型数值模拟仿真平台,结合有限元模拟平台实现了不同凸模压下量对超高强钢V型自由折弯成形、回弹过程以及断裂的仿真预测,通过现场实物生产对比仿真验证的模拟结果可知,数值模拟与实物的吻合度达到90%以上,验证了有限元模拟结果的有效性和准确性,为企业提高生产效率提供了依据。
In order to solve the problems of spring back,cracking,poor dimensional accuracy and inconsistency of blending of ultra-high-strength steel plates in the manufacture of special vehicle bodies,the material mechanical performance data were obtained through material performance experiments such as tensile compression experiments,notch tensile fracture experiments and so on.The parameters of the material constitutive model were calibrated,and a database of ultra-high strength steel plate material parameters and a numerical simulation platform for bending forming were constructed.By combining the finite element simulation platform,it was achieved that the simulation prediction of the V-shaped free bending forming,rebound process,and fracture of ultra-high strength steel under different punch pressing amounts.The reliability of the simulation results was more than 90%compared with the actual production,which verified that the effectiveness of the numerical simulation platform and provided a basis for the enterprise to improve the production efficiency.
