超疏水涂层的防结冰性能研究进展

摘要 在寒冷气候地区,冰雪在表面的过量堆积对人类的生产和生活带来了巨大的灾难。超疏水涂层由于其独特的表面特性,被广泛研究并应用于防结冰领域。本研究系统阐述了超疏水表面的润湿行为和冰晶的成核机制,揭示了超疏水涂层的防结冰机理,并分析了超疏水涂层防结冰性能的主要影响因素及研究进展。最后,指出了超疏水涂层在防结冰性能及应用方面的未来发展方向。 Ice and snow excessive accumulation on exposed surface caused serious disasters to the production activities and human lives in cold-climate regions.The superhydrophobic coatings were researched and applied widely on the field of anti-icing due to their unique surface properties.This paper systematically elaborated on the wetting behaviors of the superhydrophobic surface and the nucleation mechanism of ice crystals,revealed the anti-icing mechanism of superhydrophobic coatings and analyzed the main impact factors and research progress in anti-icing performance.Finally,the future development directions of performance and applications of anti-icing superhydrophobic coatings were proposed.
