摘要
基于人力资本视角,探讨数字经济促进产业结构转型升级的效应及其背后的作用机制。在理论分析的基础上,通过测度2015-2019年中国31个省份的数字经济和产业结构发展水平,进行计量分析。实证结果表明:数字经济对地区产业结构合理化和高级化存在正向影响;数字经济对产业结构转型升级的推动作用通过推动地区人力资本水平的提升得以实现。进一步研究发现,数字经济对地区产业结构转型升级受地方市场化程度的影响。上述实证结果说明,在市场化转型的基础上,数字经济快速发展有利于促进人力资本水平提升,从而推动地方产业结构转型升级。
Based on the perspective of human capital,this study discusses the influence of digital economy on promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure and the mechanism behind it,and conducts econometric analysis by measuring the development level of digital economy and industrial structure in 31 provinces of China from 2015 to 2019.The empirical results show that digital economy has a positive impact on the rationalization and optimization of regional industrial structure.The promoting impact of digital economy on the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure is realized by improving regional human capital level.Further mechanism research finds that the transformation and upgrading of regional industrial structure by digital economy is affected by the degree of local marketization.The above empirical results show that from market-oriented transformation,digital economy is conducive to promoting the level of human capital,thus promoting the transformation and upgrading of local industrial structure.
