摘要
研究了负温下混凝土桥墩修补用聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维灌浆料的性能,并将其应用于工程实践,得出如下结论:防冻剂的掺加能够提高灌浆料的负温适应性,质量分数为0.3%时满足应用要求;PVA纤维的掺加能够降低灌浆料的流动度,提高抗压强度,大幅度提高混凝土的界面拉伸黏结强度,最佳体积分数为0.3%;PVA纤维的掺加能够提高灌浆料的负温适应性。
The properties of PVA fiber grouting material for repairing pier under negative temperature were studied and applied in engineering practice.The conclusions are as follows:the addition of antifreeze can improve the adaptability of grouting material to negative temperature and meet the application requirements when the mass fraction is 0.3%.The addition of PVA fiber can reduce the fluidity of grouting material,im-prove the compressive strength,and greatly increase the interfacial tensile bond strength of concrete,and the optimal volume fraction is 0.3%.The addition of PVA fiber can improve the negative temperature adapt-ability of grouting material.
