摘要
采用简单的水热合成法制备得到了多孔球状的V_(2)O_(5)与V_(2)O_(5)/PEDOT电极材料.用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、X衍射测试(XRD)对样品进行了结构表征.并将其组装成锌离子电池,通过循环伏安(CV)、恒电流充放电(GCD)等测试手段研究其电化学性能.结果表明,V_(2)O_(5)/PEDOT电极材料在电流密度为0.1 A·g^(-1)时,放电容量为359 mAh·g^(-1),高于相同条件下制备的V_(2)O_(5)电极材料(160 mAh·g^(-1)).在5 A·g^(-1)电流密度时,经过2000次恒流充放电循环测试后,放电容量从147 mAh·g^(-1)下降到142 mAh·g^(-1),容量保持率为96.6%.制备得到的V_(2)O_(5)/PEDOT电极材料具有优异的电化学性能.
Porous spheroidal V_(2)O_(5) and V_(2)O_(5)/PEDOT electrode materials were prepared by a simple hydrothermal synthesis method.The structures of the samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and X-ray diffraction(XRD).After assembling their into zinc ion batteries,their electrochemical measurement were studied through testing methods such as cyclic voltammetry(CV)and galvanostatic charge/discharge(GCD).The result showed that V_(2)O_(5)/PEDOT electrode material had a discharge-1 capacity of 359 mAh·g at a current density of 0.1 A·g^(-1),which was higher than the V_(2)O_(5)electrode material(160 mAh·g^(-1))under the same conditions.After 2000 galvanostatic charge/discharge cycles at a current density of 5-1-1 A·g^(-1),the discharge capacity decreased from 147 mAh·g to 142 mAh·g with a capacity retention rate of 96.6%.The prepared V_(2)O_(5)/PEDOT electrode material had excellent electrochemical performance.
