摘要
民营企业作为现代市场经济体系中重要的市场主体,其稳步发展对于保障就业、惠及民生和促进经济增长都具有重要作用。然而在优化营商环境下,民营企业面临融资整体缺口较大、融资成本高昂、缺乏多元化的融资支持和中长期贷款供给不足等问题。究其原因,主要在于民营企业自身能力不足、信用担保制度不健全、融资环境存在不足和政策信息获取渠道不通畅。为了解决民营企业的融资困境,应结合问题成因,分别从优化企业自身内部治理结构、健全信用担保制度、切实优化融资环境和疏通政策信息渠道入手,满足民营企业的融资需求。
As an important market entity in the modern market economy system,the steady development of private enterprises plays an important role in ensuring employment,benefiting people's livelihoods,and promoting economic growth.However,in optimizing the business environment,private enterprises face problems such as a large overall financing gap,high financing costs,lack of diversified financing support,and insufficient supply of medium-and long-term loans,which have an impact on the sustainable development of the private economy.The main reasons for this are the insufficient capabilities of private enterprises themselves,the imperfect credit guarantee system,the insufficient financing environment,and the lack of smooth channels for obtaining policy information.In order to solve the financing difficulties of private enterprises,we should combine the causes of the problems,and start from optimizing the internal governance structure of the enterprise,improving the credit guarantee system,effectively optimizing the financing environment,and opening up policy information channels.While meeting the financing needs of enterprises,we should promote the healthy and orderly developm ent of private enterprises.
