摘要
研究生学生干部作为研究生中的一支重要力量,在班级事务管理、良好学风建设以及学生服务活动等方面都发挥着十分重要的作用。高校加强对研究生学生干部的培养,可以增强他们的号召力和胜任力,培养他们的服务意识和服务精神,让他们以饱满的工作热情协助老师开展日常管理工作。因此,高校要积极探索新的工作思路和方法,建立有效的研究生学生干部培养体系。
As an important force among graduate students,graduate student cadres play an important role in class affairs management,good style of study and student service activities.To train excellent graduate student cadres in colleges and universities can strengthen their calling power and competence,cultivate their service consciousness and spirit,and help teachers do their daily work with full enthusiasm.Therefore,colleges and universities should actively explore new work ideas and methods,establish an effective mechanism for training graduate student cadres.
