CFRP/7050复合材料叠层制孔参数研究

摘要 数字化制孔凭借高精、高效、高一致性优势在飞机蒙皮叠层制孔中应用日益广泛,其参数的合理性直接影响制孔质量与精度,进而影响飞机的质量与寿命。为获得高精、高效的复合叠层制孔参数,以碳纤维增强型复合材料(CFRP)/铝合金(7050)叠层为研究对象,开展叠层制孔参数研究。设计两次正交试验研究制孔参数对孔径的影响,以主效应图为工具,分析第一次正交试验结果,初步明确各参数对孔径的影响趋势;进而优化正交试验参数取值区间,设计并实施第二组正交试验,结合两组正交试验结果,获得最佳制孔参数。针对该参数的工程实用性,从参数制孔能力、刀具加工寿命两方面进行实验验证。同时,为减少参数研究工作量,将经过验证的制孔参数在工况相同、孔径相近的制孔场景下进行拓展应用研究。在满足制孔精度的前提下,通过制孔能力和刀具制孔寿命实验,验证了拓展应用的可行性,并得到该参数适用的孔径范围,有效减少了制孔参数研究的工作量,提高了制孔参数研究效率。 With the advantages of high precision,high efficiency and high consistency,digital hole-making is widely used in hole making of aircraft skin laminated.Appropriate hole-making parameters directly affect the quality and accuracy of hole-making,which in turn affects the quality and life of the aircraft.Taking carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP)/aluminum alloy(7050)lamination as the research object,the appropriate hole-making parameters for composite laminated are obtained to achieve high precision and high efficiency.Two orthogonal tests are designed to study the influence of the hole-making parameters on the diameter of aperture.Using the main effect diagram as a tool to analysis the results of the first orthogonal test,and the influence trend of each parameter on the aperture is preliminarily clarified.Then,the range of parameters is optimized,and the second orthogonal tests is designed and implemented.Further,the optimal hole-making parameters are obtained by combining the results of the two groups of orthogonal tests.Aiming at the engineering usability of these parameters,experiments are designed to verify the parameter hole-making ability and tool life.At the same time,in order to reduce the workload of parameter research,the verified hole-making parameters are expanded and applied in the hole-making scenarios with the same working conditions and similar diameters.On the premise of hole-making accuracy,the feasibility of extended application is ensured through the verification of hole-making ability and tool life,and the applicable hole diameter range of this parameter is obtained.The workload of hole-making parameter research is effectively reduced,and the efficiency is improved.
