摘要
基于传统PI速度调节器的船舶推进电机矢量控制系统广泛应用于推进电机的转速调节,但是在推进负载受到外部扰动时,系统的动态响应速度和稳定性仍然不够理想。本文提出一种基于模糊滑模速度调节器的新型船舶推进电机矢量控制系统,并在Matlab/Simulink中建立了模糊滑模速度调节器以及整个矢量控制系统的仿真模型。仿真结果表明,和基于传统PI速度调节器的船舶推进电机矢量控制系统相比,采用该控制系统的异步电机在电机转速调节时拥有更快的响应速度和更小的超调量,并且对负载的转矩波动具有较强的鲁棒性。
The ship propulsion motor control system based on traditional PI speed regulator is widely used in speed control of propulsion motor.But when the propulsion in load receives an external disturbance,the performance in dynamic respond speed and stability of the system is not perfect.This paper proposes a newly design of vector control system with fuzzy slide mode regulator and builds its simulation model in Matlab/Simulink.The simulation result shows that the performance of ship motor equipped with vector control system based on fuzzy slide mode regulator is robust to sudden torque load increase and has less overshoot in sharp speed change,which is superior to the PI ones in dynamic responding and robust characters.
