摘要
黑龙江省地理标志产品知识产权保护富有成效,地理标志农产品推动黑龙江经济振兴。黑龙江省地理标志农产品是优良品质、信誉的标志,是黑龙江形象和文化的代表符号,有助于黑龙江特色产业形成和高质量发展。黑龙江省地理标志农产品知识产权存在保护体系不健全,保护力度不够,质量监督管理缺乏规制。黑龙江省地理标志农产品知识产权保护应完善相关法律法规提升执法监督力度,健全黑龙江省地理标志农产品统一行政审查制度,加强黑龙江省地理标志农产品动态监管,提高生产经营者对地理标志农产品法律性质的认知。
The protection of intellectual property rights of geographical indications products in Heilongjiang Province is fruitful,and geographical indications agricultural products promote the economic revitalization of Heilongjiang.Geographical indication agricultural products of Heilongjiang Province are the sign of good quality and reputation,the representative symbol of the image and culture of Heilongjiang,and contribute to the formation and high-quality development of the characteristic industries of Heilongjiang.Intellectual property rights of geographical indications of agricultural products in Heilongjiang Province are characterized by unsound protection system,insufficient protection,and lack of regulation on quality supervision and management.The protection of intellectual property rights of geographical indication agricultural products in Heilongjiang Province should improve relevant laws and regulations to enhance law enforcement and supervision,improve the unified administrative review system of geographical indication agricultural products in Heilongjiang Province,strengthen the dynamic supervision of geographical indication agricultural products in Heilongjiang Province,and improve the knowledge of producers and operators on the legal nature of geographical indication agricultural products.
