摘要
人类示指与环指指长比(2D∶4D)是产前性激素(雌激素/雄激素)暴露水平及敏感性的宏观标记物之一,在性别间差异明显。产前性激素暴露对出生后个体的心理特征、运动能力及多种性激素相关疾病均有影响。本研究综述了2D∶4D与男性生殖系统癌症(前列腺癌和睾丸癌)相关性的研究进展,以期为此类疾病的早期筛查提供参考信息。
The human index finger to ring finger length ratio(2D∶4D)is one of the macro markers of prenatal exposure level and sensitivity to sex hormones(estrogen/androgen),with significant gender differences.Prenatal exposure to sex hormones has an impact on postnatal mental characteristics,motor ability and a variety of sex hormone-related diseases.In this paper,the research progress on the relationship between 2D∶4D and male reproductive system cancer(prostate cancer and testicular carcinoma)were reviewed for providing reference information for early screening of such diseases.
