摘要
目的阻力呼吸器训练改善肺癌术后患者癌因性疲乏和生命质量的改善。方法选取复旦大学附属中山医院2021年7月~2022年9月收治的肺癌术后的患者144例,根据训练方式不同分为观察组和常规组,各72例。观察组采用阻力呼吸器进行呼吸训练,常规组使用传统呼吸训练方式训练。比较两组患者干预后癌因性疲乏和生命质量量表评分。结果观察组有效率(84.72%)高于常规组(69.44%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=40757,P<0.05)。观察组癌因性疲劳躯体症状轻度疲乏、中度疲乏、重度疲乏的人数明显少于常规组(25.00%vs.41.67%、22.22%vs.37.50%、8.33%vs.20.83%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.500、4.012、4.516,P<0.05)。观察组躯体功能(70.10±7.44)分、角色功能(68.03±11.11)分等生命质量评价量表评分明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阻力呼吸器训练可以显著改善肺癌术后患者的疗效,降低患者的由癌症引起的疲乏感,有助于患者的术后康复,提高他们的生活质量。
Objective To improve cancer-induced fatigue and quality of life in patients with lung cancer after operation through resistive breathing training.Methods A total of 144 postoperative lung cancer patients were recruited from Zhongshan Hospital,Fudan University between July 2021 and September 2022.The patients were divided into two groups,an experimental group and a conventional group,each comprising 72 cases,based on different training method.The experimental group used resistance breathing apparatus for breathing training,while the conventional group received traditional breathing training method.Cancer-related fatigue and quality of life were compared between the two groups after the intervention.Results The effective rate of the experimental group(84.72%)was higher than that of the conventional group(69.44%)(χ^(2)=40757,P<0.05).The number of mild,moderate and severe fatigue in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention,the body function score(70.10±7.44)and role function score(68.03±11.11)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Resistance respirator training can significantly enhance the efficacy of patients after lung cancer surgery,reduce cancer-induced fatigue,help patients in postoperative rehabilitation,and improve their quality of life.
