摘要
目的:探究疼痛专科干预在椎体压缩性骨折合并脊柱侧弯术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2020年2月—2021年12月本院收治的椎体压缩性骨折合并脊柱侧弯患者76例,均接受手术治疗,以入院顺序不同分为对照组(n=38)和观察组(n=38)。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以疼痛专科护理。比较两组临床情况、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、视觉模拟量表(VAS)、生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOL-74)焦虑、抑郁自评量表(SAS、SDS)评分。结果:观察组住院时间、首次下床活动时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后GQOL-74评分高于对照组,SAS、ODI、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后3d、护理后VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疼痛专科护理可改善脊柱侧弯合并椎体压缩性骨折术后患者负性情绪,减轻疼痛程度,促进腰椎功能好转,缩短康复时间,从而改善生活质量。
Objective:To explore the application effect of pain specialist intervention in patients with vertebral compression fracture combined with scoliosis after operation.Methods:A total of 76 patients with vertebral compression fracture and scoliosis admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to December 2021 were selected and all received surgical treatment.They were divided into control group(n=38)and observation group(n=38)according to the order of admission.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given pain specialist nursing on the basis of the control group.The clinical conditions,Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI),visual analogue scale(VAS),quality of life comprehensive assessment questionnaire-74(GQOL-74),anxiety and depression self-rating scale(SAS,SDS)scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The hospitalization time and the first time to get out of bed in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the GQOL-74 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the SAS,ODI and SDS scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 3 days after operation and after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pain specialist nursing can improve the negative emotion of patients with scoliosis combined with vertebral compression fracture after operation,reduce the degree of pain,promote the improvement of lumbar function,shorten the recovery time,and improve the quality of life.
