摘要
本试验以‘绚秋凝红’菊花幼苗为材料,用20%PEG溶液模拟干旱胁迫,研究叶面喷施不同浓度(50、100、150、200μmol/L)褪黑素(MT)对干旱胁迫下其生物量、根系形态及叶片叶绿素荧光参数的影响,探讨外源MT对干旱胁迫下菊花幼苗光抑制的缓解作用。结果表明,与CK相比,PEG干旱胁迫(T_(1))处理菊花幼苗的地上部、地下部生物量和总生物量分别显著降低49.1%、36.4%和46.6%;外源喷施100μmol/L MT+PEG(T_(3))处理的地上、地下部生物量和总生物量分别较PEG处理增加52.4%、26.9%和34.9%,幼苗根系活力仅次于CK,根系平均直径最大,根尖数最少。相较于CK,干旱胁迫处理均降低幼苗叶片的光化学淬灭系数(qP)、非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ)、PSⅡ潜在光化学效率(Fv/Fo)、PSⅡ最大光化学量子产量(Fv/Fm)和表观电子传递速率(ETR),外源施加100μmol/L MT的T_(3)处理降低幅度最小,保持了PSⅡ反应中心较高的开放程度。综上,外源喷施100μmol/L MT可有效改善干旱胁迫下菊花幼苗叶片叶绿素荧光特性和光合性能,缓解干旱胁迫对菊花幼苗生长造成的危害。
With the seedlings of chrysanthemum‘Xuanqiu Ninghong’as materials,and using 20%PEGsolution to simulate drought stress,the effects of foliar spraying of different concentrations(50,100,150,200μmol/L)melatonin(MT)on the biomass,root morphology and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of leavesunder drought stress were studied,in order to explore the alleviating effects of exogenous MT on light inhibitionof drought stress to chrysanthemum seedlings.The results showed that the aboveground and underground biomass and total biomass of chrysanthemum seedlings under drought stress(T_(1)treatment)were significantly reduced by 49.1%,36.4%and 46.6%respectively compared with the control(CK),while those increased by52.4%,26.9%and 34.9%under T_(3)treatment(100μmol/L MT+PEG)compared with T1 treatment,respectively.Moreover,when the concentration of MT was 100μmol/L,the root activity and average diameter ofroots increased to the highest,and the number of root tips decreased to the lowest.Compared with CK,exogenous application of different concentrations of MT significantly reduced the qP,NPQ,Fv/Fo,Fv/Fm and ETR of leaves,so maintained higher openness of PSⅡreaction center and improved the light energy utilizationefficiency.In conclusion,spraying 100μmol/L MT could effectively improve the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and photosynthetic performance of the leaves,and reduce the harm to the growth of chrysanthemumseedlings caused by drought stress.
