摘要
目的 探讨多学科合作延续护理对食管癌根治术患者营养状况及生活质量的影响。方法 将2020年5月至2022年5月我院收治的70例食管癌根治术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予多学科合作延续护理。比较两组患者护理前后的营养状况和生活质量。结果 护理后,两组主观整体营养评估量表(PG-SGA)评分均降低,癌症患者生存质量自评核心量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)评分均升高,且观察组的PG-SGA评分低于对照组,EORTC QLQ-C30评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 多学科合作延续护理可明显改善食管癌根治术患者的营养状况,提升其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the impact of multidisciplinary cooperative continuous nursing on nutritional status and quality of life in patients with radical resection of esophageal cancer.Methods 70 patients with radical resection of esophageal cancer in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given multidisciplinary cooperative continuous nursing on the basis of the control group.The nutritional status and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the PG-SGA scores of the two groups decreased,and the EORTC QLQ-C30 scores increased(P<0.05);The PG-SGA score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the EORTC QLQ-C30 score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Multidisciplinary cooperative continuous nursing can significantly improve the nutritional status and quality of life of patients with radical resection of esophageal cancer,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
