摘要
为了提高进口掘锚机支护的适应能力,依据锦界煤矿3111运输顺槽的工作断面尺寸,对进口掘锚机侧帮的支护能力进行了适应性设计。通过提高钻架的移动距离实现了进口掘锚机侧帮支护范围的调整,通过对钻架工作过程中存在的振动现象分析并采用撑杆的方式提高了钻架工作过程中的稳定性,通过对进口掘锚机钻架升降机构进行结构改进避免了钻架上下运动的干涉现象,进而设计了狭小空间大行程的钻架升降油缸达到了钻架升降的目的。经过改进后最终满足了锦界煤矿3111运输顺槽的大断面巷道支护,提高了掘锚机支护的适应能力。
In order to improve the adaptability of imported anchor excavator support,an adaptive design was carried out on the support capacity of the side slope of the imported anchor excavator based on the working section size of the 3111 transportation channel in Jinjie coal mine.The adjustment of the lateral support range of the imported anchor digging machine was achieved by increasing the movement distance of the drill frame.The vibration phenomenon during the working process of the drill frame was analyzed and the stability of the drill frame was improved by using support rods.The structural improvement of the lifting and lowering mechanism of the imported anchor digging machine drill frame avoided the interference phenomenon of the drill frame′s up and down movement,furthermore,a narrow space and large stroke drilling frame lifting cylinder was designed to achieve the purpose of lifting the drilling frame.After improvement,the large cross-section roadway support of the 3111 transportation channel in Jinjie coal mine was finally met,improving the adaptability of the anchor excavator support.
