摘要
为了满足对各种光热材料的光热蒸发性能测试以及实验教学需求,设计了一种太阳能驱动水蒸发性能测试系统。该设计以2种典型的金属基光热薄膜(纳米多孔银和纳米多孔铜薄膜)为例,测定了其水蒸发性能(蒸发效率、蒸发速率等指标)。结果表明:2种金属薄膜均展现出优异的光热蒸发能力,在1 kW/m^(2)的光强下,纳米多孔银薄膜具有92.6%的蒸发效率和1.42 kg/(m^(2)·h)的蒸发速率;而纳米多孔铜薄膜表现出92.9%的蒸发效率和1.47 kg/(m^(2)·h)的蒸发速率,这验证了系统的可行性。同时,该实验也可用于材料科学与工程专业的实验教学。
In order to meet the need of testing the photothermal evaporation performance of various photothermal materials and the experimental teaching needs,a performance testing system is designed for solar steam generation.Two typical metal-based photothermal films(nanoporous Ag and nanoporous Cu)are used as examples to systematically measure their solar steam generation performance(evaporation efficiency,evaporation rate and other indexes).The test results show that both of the two metal-based films exhibit excellent photothermal evaporation ability.Under the light intensity of 1 kW/m^(2),the nanoporous Ag film shows an evaporation efficiency of up to 92.6% and an evaporation rate of 1.42 kg/(m^(2)·h),while the nanoporous Cu film exhibits an evaporation efficiency of up to 92.9% and an evaporation rate of 1.47 kg/(m^(2)·h),which verifies the feasibility of the testing system.Meanwhile,the experiment can also be used for experimental teaching in the major of materials science and engineering.
