水泥石微结构电子显微镜虚拟仿真观测实验教学研究

摘要 水泥混凝土材料微结构与宏观性能的关联是土木工程材料课程教学的重点和难点。当前,材料微结构观测实验存在设备昂贵、线下教学资源有限、样品制备难等问题,难以面向本科教学开展线下实验教学,导致学生对材料微结构及微结构-宏观性能关系理解不深入。基于此,开发电子显微镜虚拟仿真微观结构实验平台,设计巩固理论知识与训练实践能力相结合的虚拟观测实验项目,通过材料宏观性能与微观结构的对比,帮助学生更加深入理解水泥基材料的特性,建立知识体系,提高本科人才培养质量和实践创新能力。 The correlation between microstructure and macroscopic properties of cement and concrete materials is the focus and difficulty of teaching Civil Engineering Materials courses.Currently,the observation experiment of material microstructure has problems such as expensive equipment,limited offline teaching resources,difficult sample preparation,etc.It is difficult to carry out offline experimental teaching for undergraduate teaching,which leads to students'lack of in-depth understanding of the microstructure of materials and the relationship between the microstructure and macroscopic properties.Based on this,we develop electron microscope virtual simulation microstructure experimental platform,design consolidation of theoretical knowledge and training of practical ability of the virtual observation of the experimental projects.Through the comparison of the macro performance of the material and the microstructure,wehelp students more in-depth understanding of the characteristics of the cementitious materials,the establishment of the knowledge system,to improve the quality of undergraduate personnel training and practical innovation ability.
