摘要
为了进一步探索防控煤矿顶板事故风险的方法,梳理近一个时期山东省煤矿顶板事故情况,从不同角度统计分析,研究事故发生规律及特点,提出针对性对策。从统计分析结果来看,十多年间,山东省煤矿顶板事故规律发生了较大变化,事故起数、死亡人数波动下降,但仍高发、频发;事故呈现明显的地域性特点,枣庄、济宁、泰安等主产煤地市顶板事故频率较高;现场顶板条件由受单一型地质因素影响向复杂围岩条件影响变化,顶板事故原因从支护不到位、空顶作业等简单型原因向多种致灾因素耦合影响变化,须从完善顶板管理体制、致灾因素普查、先进装备技术应用、强化安全培训等多个方面共同发力,有效管控顶板事故重大风险。
In order to further explore the methods for preventing and controlling the risks of coal mine roof accidents,the recent period situation of coal mine roof accidents in Shandong Province is summarized,conducts statistical analysis from different perspectives,studies the occurrence laws and characteristics of accidents,and proposes targeted countermeasures.From the statistical analysis results,it can be seen that over the past decade,there are significant changes in the law of coal mine roof accidents in Shandong Province.The number of accidents and deaths fluctuated and decreased,but they still occurs frequently;the accidents show obvious regional characteristics,with high frequency of roof accidents in major coal producing cities such as Zaozhuang,Jining,and Tai'an,etc;the on-site roof conditions change from the influence of single type geological factors to the influence of complex surrounding rock conditions,and the roof accident causes change from the simple type reasons such as insufficient support and empty roof operation to the coupling influence of multiple disaster causing factors.It is necessary to make joint efforts from improving the roof management system,general survey of disaster causing factors,application of advanced equipment technology,strengthening safety training and other aspects to effectively manage and control the major risks of roof accidents.
