摘要
为减少露天煤矿爆破开采过程带来的生产安全事故,根据某露天煤矿的人员配备、地理位置、地质概况、生产能力与工作制度、安全生产管理情况以及总结以往爆破事故案例,结合相关专家意见,建立了4个一级指标、18个二级指标的某露天煤矿爆破安全风险评价指标体系;利用集值统计法确定一级、二级风险评价指标权重值,选取区间方差法对权重值进行可靠性分析;利用专家评分建立评判矩阵,最终建立了基于模糊综合-集值统计法的露天煤矿爆破安全风险评价模型,并在某露天煤矿爆破安全评价中成功应用,确定评价总得分为78.4240分,评价等级为二级(很好);利用最大隶属度原则结合模糊评判矩阵,对各一级、二级评价指标进行安全评价分析,并对重要程度高、专家评分低的指标给出相关建议。
In order to reduce the safety of production accidents caused by open pit coal mine blasting mining,according to the personnel staffing,geographical location,geological situation,production capacity and work system,safety production management of an open-pit coal mine,as well as a summary of previous blasting accident cases and combined with relevant expert opinions,the evaluation index system of blasting safety risk in an open-pit coal mine with 4 first-level indexes and 18 second-level indexes is established.The set value statistical method is used to determine the weight values of primary and secondary risk assessment indicators,the reliability analysis of weight values is carried out by using interval variance method.A judging matrix was built by using expert ratings,finally,a risk assessment model of open-pit coal mine blasting safety based on fuzzy comprehensive and set value statistics is established.It has been successfully applied in the safety evaluation of an open-pit coal mine,and the total evaluation score is 78.4240,and the evaluation grade is two level,which is very good.Based on the principle of maximum membership degree and fuzzy evaluation matrix,the safety evaluation of each primary and secondary evaluation index is analyzed,and the relevant opinions and suggestions are given for the indicators with high importance and low expert score.
