摘要
当前,我国经济发展处于高速增长转变为高质量发展阶段,国有企业在国民经济增长中扮演着重要的角色,为了保证资源优化配置、资金科学使用等目标的达成,必须注重预算管理,发挥其监督、控制、预测等效用,帮助国有企业良好地发展。基于此,文章主要阐述国有企业预算管理的作用,从多维度、多视角剖析预算管理中的问题。
At present,China's economic development is in a high-speed growth to high-quality stage,state-owned enterprises play an important role in national economic growth,in order to ensure the optimal allocation of resources,scientific use of funds and other goals to achieve,we must pay attention to budget management,give play to its supervision,control,forecasting and other effects,to help stateowned enterprises develop well.Based on this,this paper mainly expounds the role of budget management of state-owned enterprises,and analyzes the problems in budget management from multiple dimensions and perspectives.
