摘要
运用Meta分析的方法系统评价我国工人职业紧张与高血压之间的相关性,为保护工人健康提供参考。系统检索Pubmed、Web of Science、万方数据库、维普数据库和CNKI数据库中有关我国职业紧张与高血压的相关研究,检索时限至2022年12月30日。由2名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险,采用Stata 17.0进行Meta分析。经NOS量表和AHRQ量表评价后共纳入14篇文献,病例组合计6606例,对照组8356例。Meta分析结果显示,长期处于职业紧张可增加高血压发生风险[OR=1.553,95%CI(1.427,1.690),P<0.01]。而亚组分析显示,在研究类型、年份、样本量大小以及职业类型,职业紧张均可增加高血压发生风险。敏感性分析结果未发生较大改变,说明Meta分析结果较稳健。长期处于职业紧张状况下可能增加高血压发生风险,所以要加大力度预防和控制职业紧张的发生,要开展应对职业紧张的健康教育,提高机体应对紧张反应的能力。
Meta-analyses were used to systematically assess the association between occupational stress and hypertension among Chinese workers.Pubmed,Web of Science,WanFang Data,VIP,and CNKI databases were systematically searched for studies on occupational stress and hypertension in China until December 30,2022.Two reviewers independently screened the literature,extracted data,and assessed the risk of bias of the included studies.Meta-analysis was performed using Stata 17.0.A total of 14 articles were included in this study after evaluating the NOS scale and AHRQ scale,with 6606 cases in the case group and 8356 cases in the control group.Meta-analysis showed that long-term occupational stress could increase the risk of hypertension[OR=1.553,95%CI(1.427,1.690),P<0.01].The results of the subgroup analysis showed that occupational stress could increase the risk of hypertension,regardless of the type of study,year,sample size,and occupational type.The sensitivity did not change significantly,indicating robust meta-analysis results.Long-term occupational stress may increase the risk of hypertension.We should strengthen to prevent and control the occupational stress,carry out health education to deal with occupational stress,and improve the body’s ability to cope with stress response.
