摘要
“两个大局”背景下构建和传播中国式现代化话语体系,对均衡国际话语权分配和为中华民族伟大复兴赢得战略主动都具有重要意义,要从历史纵向和世界横向两个维度深刻理解“中国式现代化是人口规模巨大的现代化,是全体人民共同富裕的现代化,是物质文明和精神文明相协调的现代化,是人与自然和谐共生的现代化,是走和平发展道路的现代化”,遵循“实事求是、因地制宜、久久为功、目的导向”的原则,构建中国式现代化的“政治话语体系、学术话语体系、大众话语体系、对外话语体系”,并以“完善顶层设计、建设全媒体传播途径、重塑当代传媒伦理”作为其重要保障。
Building and disseminating a Chinese-style modern discourse system under the background of the"two overall situations"is of great significance to balancing the distribution of international discourse power and winning the strategic initiative for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It is necessary to deeply understand"Chinese characteristics"of Chinese-style modernization from the two dimensions of historical vertical and world horizontal:Chinese-style modernization is a modernization with a huge population scale,a modernization for the common prosperity of all the people,a modernization that harmonizes material civilization and spiritual civilization,a modernization in which man and nature live in harmony,and a modernization that takes the path of peaceful development.On the basis of deeply grasping the"Chinese characteristics"of Chinese-style modernization,we should follow the principle of"facts are,adapt measures to local conditions,make contributions for a long time,and be goal-oriented",build a"political discourse system,academic discourse system,mass discourse system,and foreign discourse system"of Chinese-style modernization,and take"improving top-level design,building all-media communication channels,and reshaping contemporary media ethics"as an important guarantee.
