一种基于机器视觉与激光雷达的灰库卸料自动对接系统

摘要 我国石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫电厂在脱硫过程中会产生大量石膏与飞灰等固体废物,这些废物需要运输至电厂内的指定贮存区域即灰库进行进一步处理.目前,大多数电厂的灰库仍采用人工操作的卸料方式,不仅劳动强度大、效率低下,而且在恶劣的粉尘工作环境下,容易引发职业病和安全事故.为实现安全、高效的灰库卸料,设计了一种基于机器视觉与激光雷达的灰库卸料自动对接系统.该系统通过多传感器协同,实现了车辆与灰库出料口的高精度自动对接.该方法相比现有技术,最大的创新点在于实现了车辆与灰库之间的自动精准对接,不需要人工参与指挥对接过程,从根本上解决了原有人工操作方式中的问题.经测试,该方法实现了约99%的对接成功率,相比传统人工操作方式,效率提升明显,运行可靠,满足工业使用需求.总体而言,该自动对接系统能有效解决现有卸料方式的安全和效率问题. Limestone gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization power plants in China generate a large amount of solid waste such as gypsum and fly ash during the desulfurization process.These wastes need to be transported to designated storage areas within the power plant,namely the ash silo,for further treatment.At present,most power plants still use manual unloading methods for ash storage,which not only has high labor intensity and low efficiency,but also easily leads to occupational diseases and safety accidents in harsh dust working environments.A machine vision and LiDAR based automatic docking system for ash silo unloading was designed to achieve safe and efficient unloading.The system achieves high-precision automatic docking between vehicles and the discharge port of the ash silo through the collaboration of multiple sensors.The biggest innovation of this method compared to existing technologies is that it achieves automatic and precise docking between vehicles and ash storage,without the need for manual participation in the command and docking process,fundamentally solving the problems in the original manual operation mode.After testing,this method achieved a docking success rate of about 99%.Compared with traditional manual operation methods,it has significantly improved efficiency,reliable operation,and meets industrial usage needs.Overall,the automatic docking system can effectively solve the safety and efficiency issues of existing unloading methods.
