摘要
随着化石燃料的频繁使用,CO_(2)浓度持续增长。为研究有机胺吸收和解吸CO_(2)的变化过程,以有机胺羟乙基乙二胺和四乙烯五胺为研究对象,以介孔分子筛材料为吸收剂,通过控制不同胺负载量来研究有机胺对CO_(2)的吸收变化过程。采用吸附动力学Avrami模型,对不同温度下的CO_(2)解吸过程进行分析。结果表明,通过有机胺吸附剂的表征分析验证了实验的可行性。当胺负载量为30%的羟乙基乙二胺时,吸附剂的吸收效率最高。温度为110℃时,吸附剂在12 min就完成了大部分CO_(2)的解吸,解吸效率最高。
With the frequent use of fossil fuels,the concentration of CO_(2) continues to increase.To study the changes in the absorption and desorption of CO_(2) by organic amines,hydroxyethyl ethylenediamine and tetraethylenepentamine were used as research objects,and mesoporous molecular sieve materials were used as absorbers.The absorption process of CO_(2) by organic amines was studied by controlling different amine loading amounts.The CO_(2) desorption process at different temperatures is analyzed using the Avrami model of adsorption kinetics.The results showed that the feasibility of the experiment was validated through the characterization analysis of organic amine adsorbents.When the amine loading is 30%hydroxyethyl ethylenediamine,the adsorbent has the highest absorption efficiency.At a temperature of 110℃,the adsorbent completed most of the CO_(2) desorption in 12 minutes,with the highest desorption efficiency.
