摘要
在加快建设新型电力系统的背景下,许多火力发电厂面临着退役及转型的问题。以广东汕头某退役电厂为例,在对工程项目的建设条件和需求进行充分调查分析的基础上,将退役电厂改造成一套包括新能源发电、新型储能等设备的风光储一体化系统的新型储能电站,并结合当地政策对此套系统进行经济性分析,最终推荐以锂电池为主要储能的建设方案,同时配套风、光电站等系列工程,形成风光储一体化综合能源系统。
With the development of new power systems dominated by new energy,many thermal power plants are facing issues of retirement and transformation.This article takes a retired power plant in Shantou,Guangdong as an example.Based on a thorough investigation and analysis of the construction conditions and needs of the engineering project,the retired power plant is transformed into a new type of energy storage power plant of the integrated system of wind-photovoltaic-energy storage including new energy generation,new energy storage and other equipment,The economic analysis of this system is carried out in conjunction with local policies,and finally lithium battery energy storage is recommended as the main energy storage construction plan,while supporting wind and solar power and other series of projects,which forms an integrated system of wind-photovoltaic-energy storage.
