摘要
大年三十包饺子,是胶东民间过大年最重要的内容之一。午饭过后的不大工夫,家家开始传出铿锵有力剁菜的“嘭嘭”声。人们都希望自家的剁菜声音是所在村或小区内最响的,也是时间最长的。剁菜声越响,时间越长,说明包的饺子多,象征着日子红火。在胶东地区,饺子有很多种称谓,如饺饵、水饺、水角、角子、馉子、食古飵、箍扎、馉馇、馉饳(duò)等。旧时也称饺子为馄饨,康熙《威海卫志》有除夕日“吃熟枣、栗、馄饨”的内容,同治《黄县志》有“食馄饨,不庆贺”的记载。这里说的“馄饨”,其实就是饺子。而“馉饳”的名称显然沿用了宋代的叫法,至今相沿成习。
