摘要
在扎实推动共同富裕的新时代,高职院校积极探索整合自身资源提升社会服务效能的新模式。浙江旅游职业学院着眼高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区的重大战略部署,初步探索形成以“领导小组+共富学院+专家团”的工作机制、“二级学院+专家团+共富单元”的结对制度、“培训+师生助力+双向人员交流”的合作路径为基本框架的“整校推进”助力共同富裕新模式,进一步放大了高职院校社会服务的平台效应,对实现高职院校与区域经济社会发展高效互动与合作共赢具有积极示范意义。
In the new era of promoting common prosperity,higher vocational colleges are actively exploring new modes of integrating their own resources to improve the efficiency of social services.Tourism College of Zhejiang,focusing on the major strategy of high-quality development and building a demonstration area of common prosperity,has initially formed a new model of"whole school promotion"to help common prosperity,with the working mechanism of"leading group+college for common prosperity+expert group",the pairing system of"secondary college+expert group+unit for common prosperity",and the cooperation path of"training+assistance from teachers and students+two-way personnel exchange"as the basic framework.This model further expands the platform effect of social services of higher vocational colleges and has positive enlightening significance for realizing efficient interaction and win-win cooperation between higher vocational colleges and regional economic and social development.
