摘要
对电荷测量技术的研究与应用进展进行了综述.首先,介绍了电荷测量技术的发展历程和基本原理.重点探讨了近年来在材料科学、电子工程、生物医学等领域中电荷测量技术的应用情况.并针对不同领域的特点,总结了相应的测量方法.最后,展望了电荷测量技术的发展趋势和未来可能的研究方向,旨在为相关研究人员提供帮助.
This paper reviews the research and application progress of charge measurement techniques.First,the development process and basic principles of charge measurement technology are introduced.The application of charge measurement technology in materials science,electronic engineering,biomedicine is discussed.According to the characteristics of different fields,the corresponding measurement methods are summarized.Finally,the development trend and possible future research directions are designed to help relevant researchers.
