摘要
为了保证内燃机运行的可靠性和低噪声,避免内燃机曲轴因扭转振动而损坏,需要配置应用各种类型的扭振减振器,以保护内燃机曲轴免受扭转振动的损坏。归纳总结扭振减振器的主要型式及其选型依据,研究分析橡胶、硅油、卷簧、板簧、弹簧扭振减振器的用途和性能等,以及优化设计、静动态试验方法,并介绍一些新型减振器及应用。
In order to ensure the reliability and low noise of internal combustion engines,and protect crankshafts of internal combustion engines from torsional vibration damage,various types of torsional vibration dampers should be configured and applied.The main types of torsional vibration dampers and selection principle are summarized,and the application and performance of vibration damper with rubber,silicone oil,sleeve spring,plate spring and helical spring,as well as optimal design and static/dynamic measurement method,are studied and analyzed.Some new dampers and application cases are introduced.
