摘要
在区域化探扫面样品分析中,对银和铋的检出限要求很低,一般分析方法都难以达到。本文应用巯基棉色谱柱分离富集水系沉积物中的痕量银和铋用发射光谱法同时测定,银的检出限为0.003μg,铋为0.007μg。在相同时间和条件下,银含量为0.04μg时,相对标准偏差为6.94%。
The ion exchange behavior of silver and bismuth ions on sulphydryl cotton svas studied.Ag^(+)and Bi^(3+)were adsorbed from HNO3 solution and eluted easily with 3 ml of 6 N-HC1.The detection limits were estimated to be 0.003μg for Ag,0.007μg for Bi.The relative standard deviations of Ag(0.04μg)and Bi(0.26μg)were about 6.94 and 13.1%respectively(n=15).
