摘要
“食品安全与伦理”作为食品专业的一门重要课程,在如今教学教育大改革的背景之下,老式的线下教学存在的弊端日益凸显,想要更好匹配现代化教学改革,寻找出在教学过程中理论与实践的平衡点才是关键。本文以食品科学与工程学院的选修课“食品安全与伦理”为例,介绍该课程如今的教学现状,结合引入学习通后的实践手段,客观评价线上+线下双混合模式的教学水平。学习通从课堂前预习、课堂中讲解重难点、课堂后相关知识点测验布置和教学资源发布到平台,系统化地将课程知识串联起来。实践教学的研究中进一步表明,学习通平台能够有效消化“线上+线下”双混合模式教学,稳步拔高教学质量的同时,又能推动学生的主观能动性,调动学习积极性。
As an important course in food science,"Food Safety and Ethics",the shortcomings of the old offline teaching are becoming more and more obvious under the background of the reform of teaching education.This paper introduces the current teaching situation of the elective course"Food Safety and Ethics"in the College of Food Science and Engineering as an example,and objectively evaluates the teaching level of the dual hybrid mode of online and offline by combining the practical means after the introduction of SuperStar Learning.SuperStar Learning Connect systematically connects the course knowledge from pre-study before class,explanation of important and difficult points during class,quizzes and teaching resources posted on the platform after class.The practical teaching research further shows that the SuperStar Learning Platform can effectively digest the"online+offline"dual hybrid mode teaching,steadily improve the teaching quality,and at the same time promote the students'subjective initiative and mobilize the enthusiasm of study.
