气相色谱法测定陨石中超微量铑

摘要 采用金属螯合物气相色谱分析微量和超微量金属元素是气相色谱领域中一种行之有效的方法。Ross等报导了此法对贵金属元素铑的定量测定也具有很高的灵敏度。国内关于采用金属螯合物气相色谱法测定铑的研究工作尚无报导。本工作以三氟乙酰丙酮的苯溶液为螯合萃取剂,进行了螯合萃取过程的条件试验,并采用在高温下操作的Ni源电子捕获检测器. The sample of meteorites was dissolved by heatiny with a mixture of HF and concentrated UNO.,in a closed Teflon Vessel The clisso’vefJ mixture was treated with concentrated HC1 to become HC1 in medium,NaF was added as the masking agent and the pH was adjusted to 5-6 by the addition of a buffer solution of acetic acid and sodiuum acetate.Then a solution of TFA(trifluoroacety 1 acetone)in benzene was added to extract Rh by chelate formatinn.Fina’ly.gas chromatography was emp’oy-ed to determine quantitative’y the TFA-Rh-chelate.This method was applied to the determination ol a sample from the Jilin stone meteor’tes and the Rh content was found to be 0.14 ppm approximately.
