摘要
以面向中压直流互联系统的基于MMC的双向隔离型DC/DC变换器为研究对象,以准两电平调制策略为基础分析了其稳态功率特性,详细推导了各模块电容电压和电感电流瞬时表达式,进而提出子模块电容和桥臂电感的优化设计方法,在满足预定电容电压和电感电流纹波约束的前提下,显著降低电容和电感值,从而降低系统成本和体积。实验验证了所提变换器参数设计方法的正确性和可行性。
Taking the bidirectional isolation DC/DC converter based on MMC for the medium DC interlink system as the research object,the steady-state power and instantaneous characteristics of capacitor voltages and inductor currents are analyzed in detail.The optimized design methods of submodule capacitors and arm inductors are accordingly proposed.Under the constraint conditions of the fluctuation of submodule capacitor voltages and arm currents,the capacitances and inductances are reduced by the proposed parameter design method,and the volume and cost of the system are reduced.The correctness and feasibility of the proposed method are verified by the detailed experiments.
