基于循证医学理念的探究式教学方法在生理学课程中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨基于循证医学理念的探究式教学方法在临床医学专业生理学课程中的应用。方法:对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组实施基于循证医学理念的探究式教学方法,评价教学效果。结果:试验组评判性思维能力、对课程的评价及总评成绩均优于对照组。结论:基于循证医学理念的探究式教学方法有利于培养学生评判性思维能力,促进基础知识与临床应用融会贯通。 Objective:To explore the application of inquiry teaching method built on evidence-based medicine in the physiology course of clinical medicine specialty.Methods:The traditional teaching method was adopted in the control group,and the inquiry teaching method built on evidence-based medicine was implemented in the experimental group.The teaching effect was evaluated.Results:The experimental group was superior to the control group in critical thinking ability,course evaluation and total score.Conclusion:The teaching method is beneficial to cultivate students'critical thinking ability and promote the integration of basic knowledge with clinical application.
