摘要
安钢1号烧结机于2005年投产,烧结机有效抽风面积360 m^(2),是安钢第一台大型烧结机。由于钢铁行业不断发展,钢铁企业原料不断变化,低成本控制形成长久方针,为了满足新形势下的环保、安全、质量要求,2022年对1号烧结机进行了系统大修,机头料仓增加了伴热系统并在4月份正常投入使用,其设计合理,节约能源,有效提高了烧结生产能力,为大料批生产和降本增效工作奠定基础。
Angang No.1 sintering machine was put into operation in 2005,with an effective ventilation area of 360 m^(2),which is the first large sintering machine of Angang.Due to the continuous development of iron and steel industry,raw materials for iron and steel enterprises are constantly changing,low-cost control policy has formed for a long-term.In order to meet the new situation of the environmental protection,safety,quality requirements,a systematic overhaul was carried out on the No.1 sintering machine in 2022,steam tracing system was added in the head material warehouse and putted into use in April.The design is reasonable and can save energy,thus the sintering production capacity is effectively improved,laying the foundation for mass production and cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
