摘要
介绍了微耕机通信系统总体结构和转向控制结构,基于MSP430F149微处理器、无线射频SYNF115发送模块和SYN480R接收模块,完成了微耕机通信系统硬件部分的设计,并结合软件部分实现了一套基于大数据和无线通信的微耕机通信系统。试验结果表明:无线遥控器可以实现对微耕机前进、停止、左右转向的控制,实际控制距离可以达到1.5km,验证了系统的可行性。
It first introduces the overall structure of the micro tillage machine communication system and the steering con-trol structure.Then,based on the MSP430F149 microprocessor,it designed the wireless radio frequency SYNF115 sending module and the SYN480R receiving module,the hardware part of the micro tillage machine communication sys-tem.Combined with the software part,a micro tillage machine communication system based on big data and wireless communication is implemented.The test results show that the wireless remote controller can control the advance,stop,left and right steering of the micro tiller,and the actual control distance can reach 1.5km,which verifies the feasibility of the system.
