摘要
首先,采用CAD软件对农用挖掘机卷筒结构进行了设计;然后,对结构的受力情况进行了分析;最后,基于CAM和VR技术实现了对农用挖掘机卷筒装配规划的设计与应用。仿真实验验证了此方法具有可行性,可对装配过程实现优化,大大提高设计效率。
the reel structure of agricultural excavator by using CAD software,and analyzed the stress of the structure.Finally,it designed and studied the assembly planning of the reel of agricultural excavator based on CAM and VR technology.The simulation experiment verifies the feasibility of this method,and proves that applying VR technology to mechanical parts design and assembly animation can optimize the assembly process,which greatly improve the design efficiency and shorten the design time.
